Traffic Stop Turns into Arrest

At 9:40 p.m. Wednesday, a traffic stop turned into an arrest in the 32300 block of Alipaz Street. A 30-year-old man is currently in custody with bail set at $15,000. No further information was available.

At 7:42 p.m. Wednesday, someone called the sheriff’s department to report illegal firework use near the Alipaz-Del Obispo streets intersection.
At 3:45 a.m. Thursday, deputies received a call about a burglary alarm going off in the 31700 block of Rancho Viejo Road. The caller said there was broken glass at the front of the house and objects had been knocked over.
At 7:44 a.m. Thursday, a burglary was reported in the 31500 block of El Camino Real. The principal of Bridges Community Day High School reported the theft.
