Two Found Dead on Peppertree Bend in San Juan Capistrano

A third victim, an 8-year-old boy, was also injured.

Deputies today found a man and a woman dead inside a home in San Juan Capistrano, a sheriff's lieutenant said.

Deputies were dispatched to the scene a little after 2 a.m. to the 32000 block of Peppertree Bend on a "911 unknown trouble" call, said Orange County Sheriff's Lt. Jeff Hallock.

Hallock said a juvenile was also injured in the incident. That person's condition was not immediately known, and detectives have yet to release a cause of death for the man and woman.

I just wish we knew what really happened. Very little info on the teenagers in the home.

While I do feel very bad for the kids involved. I can say that the couples past business dealings contributed to the murders.

The lost of these two lives is indeed a horrific tragedy. Equally despicable is the malicious shooting of the young child and his subsequent paralysis. I will add that I am the author of the "Ripoff Report" that was referenced in an earlier post in this forum. I had very minimal interaction with Brad Sachs other than his appearance in court when we were suing them and it immediately became very apparent that Brad and Andra were still a couple, business partners, unified front, but Andra was the puppeteer. From the beginning it was a nightmare having dealings with Andra. I had just returned from a year long deployment in Helmand's Province Afghanistan with the I MEF Forward and my wife was meeting me in California with our six month old baby. We had signed a lease with California Realty for the property in Perris only to find out that once our deposit and rent checks were cashed, that California Realty no longer represented Andra or the property. If we would have been made aware of the latter prior to signing the least, we would have taken our business elsewhere. The Ripoff reports spells everything out in chronological sequence and if it were not 100% factual, I would not have posted my picture, place of employment, and expose my family to further aggregation than what had already been imposed. The final punch in the face came in July-2011 when the temperature in the house was 102 degrees and no surprise, the air conditioning was inoperative. I spoke to Andra regarding the matter only to be scolded like an annoying pan-handler because she was out of town on vacation in Nevada and she could not deal with the issue until the following week when she returned to California. This went on for three days and our six month old baby was crying at the top of his lungs due to the heat, and my wife was forced to sit with him in our vehicle with the AC on so the child could sleep. Our next door neighbor also allowed our child to stay in her home during this period. I called Andra on the third day pleading with her to place us in a hotel in the meantime, which prompted her to berate me over the phone and made the statement that she did not have the money to put us in a hotel. It's when I mentioned to her that she is a landlord 24/7/365 not just when she's physically present in California, she hung up on me and would not answer my calls. The next day we found a home in Menifee through a realtor and the rest of the story is open to your interpretation. In no way is this post a malicious poke at this egregious calamity, but I grew up in the South Bronx and was able to survive the street predators by standing up for myself, standing up for my family, standing up for those that stood up for me, and standing up for those who could not or would not stand up for themselves. The reason I fought this matter in the courts so great veracity was because my son's life was jeopardize, my wife (who is an Army veteran) tears were a daily occurrence, and I have a responsibility as a Christian man to ensure that no one else blindly walk into the quagmire of deceit that we bared. Hence, we did win an $8,000 judgment that was never paid, but we spent $15,000 in attorney's fees to litigate this matter and ensure there was a legal paper trail on what was done to us. This was never about attempting to win a financial windfall. The crux was that we are all human beings regardless of social-economic status, and everybody merits the respect and dignity that we expect reciprocated and which is demanded by our Creator! Now for all the junior detectives out there, you can cross me off your list of suspects as I have been living on the East coast since mid-June when I retired from the military after serving this sensational nation for 30 years. May God render peace and harmony to the Sachs family and that the eight year old child recover fully. Thank you everyone for your reading time. Blessings Always.

Wow, Bronx. I did read the Ripoff Report. May I ask why you also posted here today on a related article under your real name with "Xxx"? What does that mean?
BronxBrawler February 14, 2014 at 05:23 PM
bbQ, it was all in error. I was just testing to see if I had posting permission.
bbq February 14, 2014 at 05:29 PM

BronxBrawler...thank you for serving our country. I read the Ripoff report last Sunday. I wish more people would do this, (file the Ripoff Report). It would save many of us the grief you went thru. People need to know how to protect themselves.
Stacy Klinger February 14, 2014 at 06:13 PM
Shelly - Shelly - Shelly - How do like them apples? BronxBrawler - God bless you and your family. Thank you for serving.

Donna and Stacy thank you! We are a Dominican immigrant family that was adopted by this great nation and afforded us limitless opportunities that were impossible to obtain in the birth land. It was my way or repaying a part of my debt to this country for allowing us to obtain a piece of the "American Pie!" Also, "Cinderella" in the Ripoff report is indeed a family member. She (Cinderella) was very empathetic to our situation and provided us information on how to locate the Sachs to serve them with court subpoenas because they were always an elusive moving target. Also, the negative responses/rebuttal on the Ripoff report was Andra every single time because the inflammatory and derogatory nonsense she posted had her belittling demeanor written in every word. Now, am I an isolated disgruntle tenant or are there many others who experienced worse outcomes than my posited experience?
Ann Davis February 14, 2014 at 10:36 PM
Shelly, Fact is a Fact. Again, yes there was a loss to the children. I'm so wondering if the mother was like she was with her tenants what about as a mother to her children? Has anyone thought of this? Something is wrong here
Stacy Klinger February 15, 2014 at 12:58 AM
Looks like all it took to shut SHELLY up was a person with first-hand experience with these people.

Check out this link for Ripoff Report complaints people made about Andra ripping them off as being the landlord & even stealing money from a 90 yr old with dementia, it is a very long & serious list of people with real problems that she was supposed to fix but didn't, & also kept deposits after leases were up... http://www.ripoffreport.com/r/andra-r-sachs/san-juan-capistrano-california-92675/andra-r-sachs-queen-andra-queen-of-the-jungle-queen-of-green-lanaland-llc-and-lanala-980344#comment_25

Shelly Has freedom of speech as well, Although Shelly can take care of herself, this is coming across as middle school cyber bulling. No wonder she has so many posts. Shelly is responding and defender her rights, against a lynch mob. Let it go... Who the h😞ll counts and stalks others posts? This is my city as well, I would also like to know fact as they relate to this specific and current event.
Donna Fleming February 15, 2014 at 07:46 PM
Who? Shelly.

Guys, stop saying you have a right to your opinions. It's a given. Agree to disagree and move on. Say something new! :-)
Penny Arévalo (Editor) February 15, 2014 at 08:16 PM
Donna, stop with the OCD comments. That is your second warning. (see other murder thread)
Judi M. February 15, 2014 at 09:16 PM
I wish we had more information on the teenagers inside the house.
Judi M. February 15, 2014 at 09:18 PM
I just hope they catch who did this.
Donna Fleming February 15, 2014 at 09:48 PM
Perhaps they did.
Donna Fleming February 15, 2014 at 09:51 PM

Not yet.
Judi M. February 20, 2014 at 11:18 AM
Anything new on this or is is just going away?
Judi M. February 20, 2014 at 11:19 AM
Like it never happened.
Penny Arévalo (Editor) February 20, 2014 at 11:21 AM
It's not going away. The investigators are just being fastidious.
GreenInOC February 20, 2014 at 12:33 PM
People posted a story yesterday: http://www.people.com/people/article/0,,20788603,00.html#disqus_thread

I think the investigators know exactly who did it and they are just getting all their ducks in a row.
Donna Fleming February 20, 2014 at 02:52 PM
Addison I think you are right. This is not going to be pretty. But, likely very, very sad.
Addison H February 20, 2014 at 02:53 PM
No, I am afraid not Donna. :-( All we can do is hope that the little boy will be okay and well taken care of for the rest of his life.
