WATCH: Alleged Starbucks and Yogurt Robber Caught on Tape
Video and photos from both Laguna Niguel heists released by authorities.
Video surveillance footage and photos were released Tuesday of the man who allegedly held up a Laguna Niguel frozen yogurt shop and later wore a gas mask while robbing a Starbucks in the same plaza.
Kyle Kamal Starner of Laguna Niguel was arrested Friday night on suspicion of both heists – the Nov. 14 robbery of a Swirlz frozen yogurt shop and last week's Starbucks caper.
The 20-year-old suspect was taken into custody in Laguna Beach after he was spotted walking around town in an "extremely intoxicated" state and carrying a gas mask, Sheriff's Department spokesman Jim Amormino said.

It was his second arrest in a month, Amormino said. On Nov. 21, Starner was busted on suspicion of burglary and possession of stolen property in Laguna Beach. He remained jailed until Nov. 27, when he was released on a $200,000 bond.
After his arrest in the Starbucks case, Starner's home was searched and deputies recovered a hat, duffel bag and clothing that matched surveillance footage of the Swirlz robbery suspect, Amormino said. Authorities also found a handgun, Amormino said.
