Drunks, Woman Stops Breathing, Lewd Mom

SHERIFF's BLOTTER: Various reported taken from the San Juan Capistrano police dispatch log throughout the past few days.

The calls represent what was told to a sheriff's deputy in the field by the radio dispatcher. The true nature of an incident often differs from what is initially reported. No presumption of criminal guilt or affiliation should be drawn from the information provided. 

At 11:32 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported a noise disturbance in the 30600 block of Steeplechase Drive. The informant reported a loud and out-of-control party in progress. 

At 10:44 p.m. Saturday, deputies assisted firefighters in the 25700 block of Avenida Pedrigal. According to the report, a 24-year-old-woman had stopped breathing and firefighters were instructed to give CPR.

A 9:03 p.m. Saturday, a caller reported a loud party in progress in the 26400 block of Paseo Carmel. The informant stated there was loud music coming from a garage people were drinking and urinating in the street

At 6:12 p.m. Friday, a caller reported a suspicious circumstance near the Ramos-Lobo streets intersection. The informant reported seeing three subjects siting on a bench in Los Rios Park smoking marijuana

At 2:25 p.m. Friday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 27800 block of Ortega Highway. According to the report, the informant was in a heated verbal argument with his or her intoxicated mother when she decided to walk out of the house with minimal clothing and fell down a hillside. Firefighters also responded to the call.

At 1:47 a.m. Friday, a caller reported a petty theft in the 27100 block of Ortega Highway. A man wearing a white sweater walked into a and ate some food he could not pay for

At 12:17 p.m. Thursday, deputies assisted firefighters in the 26700 block of Verdugo Street. According to the report, a fire had occurred in the lower level of a parking structure and a vehicle was leaking fluids. 

At 10:23 p.m. Thursday, a caller reported a disturbance in the 26500 block of La Zanja Street. The informant reported seeing five subjects in their 30s loitering and drinking beer.

At 6:52 p.m. Thursday, deputies detained a man for being drunk in public near the intersection of Del Obispo Street and Paseo de la Paz. The man was seen stumbling around the athletic fields at . He was disturbing people and attempted to climb a chain-link fence. 

At 5:03 p.m. Thursday, deputies arrested a 38-year-old-man near the Alipaz-Del Obispo streets intersection. The man had passed out drunk in his vehicle and left the headlamps on. He was taken into custody and there was no posted bail amount.
