City's Top Planner Resigns Position
Grant Taylor left his post as director of community development 1 1/2 weeks ago.
The city’s top planning guy, Grant Taylor, resigned his position this month, Patch has learned.
According to Cathy Salcedo, spokeswoman for the city of San Juan Capistrano, said Taylor’s last day was April 12.
Salcedo said Taylor did not write a resignation letter.
