Eight of Nine New Sendero Homes Sell in Four Days

From an edited press release:

SeaCountry Home of Encinitas reported this week an overwhelming success in the most recent phase release of nine homes on July 12 in its newest neighborhood of SeaCountry at Sendero in Rancho Mission Viejo.

Eight of the nine homes released that Saturday were sold as of July 16. Also as of that date, a total of 51 homes have been released in SeaCountry since its grand opening in June, 2013, of which 49 have been sold.

Additionally, Sendero has welcomed 28 new SeaCountry families into the community that is abuzz with recreational activities and a plentiful calendar of events. With a strengthening economy, employment on the rise and a continuing stabilization of the marketplace; with only 60 homes remaining, the 105-home neighborhood is projecting a sell-out in early 2015.

SeaCountry Home’s president, Robert “Buck” Bennett has well over 30 successful years in the new home industry and is responsible for the strategic vision and overall performance of the Company.

When asked his secret on SeaCountry’s latest success, Bennett humbly admitted that there are several factors involved. “Location and lifestyle are key elements to a successful community and Rancho Mission Viejo captured the buying public’s attention with their dedicated open space and trail system that integrates beyond the boundaries of Sendero.”

SeaCountry at Sendero is a neighborhood within the first village of Rancho Mission Viejo, a master-planned community that offers recreational opportunities and a naturally active lifestyle in an old Southern California setting. Located at the crossroads of the historical Ortega Highway Route 74 and the modern Antonio Parkway, the Model Home Tour and SeaCountry Sales Office are open daily 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and are located at 10 Rollizo, Rancho Mission Viejo.
