PHOTOS: Model Homes at Campanilla

House hunting or just enjoy being a looky-loo? The city now has two new housing tracts for sale.

It's like it's old times in the San Juan Capistrano new-home real estate market.

First new houses by the high school and now a second tract has opened model homes to the public.

Developer Taylor Morrison of Scottsdale, Ariz. bought a 27-acre parcel in the last undeveloped plot of land in the larger San Juan Hills tract. It's building 132 homes near the intersection of Camino del Rio and Vista Granada.

Prices range from $560,000 on the low end to $845,000.
