The football stadium is done.
Two classes have graduated since the school opened in 2007. Up until this time, home games have been played at in Las Flores.
But on Aug. 31, the school plans to host its first, true, home game. The Stallions will face Canyon High School of Anaheim Hills.
On Wednesday, the Board of Trustees will accept and file a notification of completion of the football stadium.
The project was originally estimated to cost $1.64 million. After various contractor changes, the final cost was about $100,000 more.
Construction of the stadium was delayed .
The stadium includes a press box and sound system. A new, all-weather track has been laid around the field.
“This place will be rocking!” states a construction update on the school’s athletic website.
