Laughter reduces anxiety, Depression, stress, tension, Decreases cortisol serum, increases endorphins thus reducing pain, improves respiratory system, Increases antibodies in your saliva, promotes cardio vascular, reduces blood pressure, secrets an enzyme that protects the stomach from forming ulcers, works and conditions the abdominal muscles, changes perspective, improves mental function and focus, improves self-esteem, provides empowerment and control, restores hope and positive energy just to say a few things....... Learn some simplemovements and exercises to take home to family, friends, work mates, especially kids and grumps. Or simply come and have fun with a giggle, a chortle and feel good. Laughter yoga is not about comedy or jokes it is about Laughter, a human bonding expression we have been using before humans ever wrote a joke; possibly before language itself was formed.
