"We've just got to come ready to play in the beginning of the game," Lions coach Joedy Gardner told Coronado Patch. "We weren't ready in the beginning. They went up like 11-2, so we had to fight back. I'm really proud of our guys for fighting back and staying in it."

Sophomore forward Devon Pflueger added 15 points.
