VIDEO: The Rancho Mission Viejo Rodeo Has 'Em Ridin' and Ropin'

The nation’s richest two-day rodeo ran through the qualifiers in six events Saturday in San Juan Capistrano.

The Rancho Mission Viejo Rodeo invites the top 30 competitors in the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association. Because it is only the top money-earners who are invited to the National Rodeo Finals, the South Orange County rodeo tends to attract big talent, with 15 world champions among those competing Saturday.

Here are the top four finishers in each event who move on to the finals Sunday:

Bareback Riding
