Community Update

I bought an expensive jewelry item over $3000 here. I quickly found out it was defective and returned it 2 days later. The Barn tried to talk me into keeping it and they would repair it. I said no thanks, money back please. Money was reluctantly returned after unsuccessfully trying to coerce me to keeping it and allowing them repair it. That night, I received an unexpected and rude phonecall from someone saying he was the owner of the store, identified himself as "Arthur." This caller called my home when I did not disclose my home phone number to The Barn!! The caller tried to intimidate me about the return of the bracelet, still offering to fix the bracelet, shouting, talking over me, being hostile, confrontational and belligerent. When I calmly stood up to the caller about my rights-- firm and unafraid-- the caller hung up calling me "an idiot." I guess I am "an idiot" for not allowing him to manipulate me. I use to enjoy browsing here and buying inexpensive trinkets ...but never again! Unprofessional and disconcerting. I was disappointed and appalled!
