This is a very serious place for meat lovers. Since 2005, Bad to the Bone and its sister locale in San Clemente have been serving meat and pork specialties to the area.

The menu is large and lists meat in a variety of cooking methods and cuts, but everyone seems to go right to the ribs which the owners, Al Meyling and Marty Wells promise will be, "finger lickin' good."

There's a small bar area that has a popular happy hour for the area after-work crowd and an outside patio to dine under the stars. The owners also have the Capistrano Brewery where they make micro-beer specialties using local farm ingredients.

Bad to the Bone also has a separate catering business that features the brewery's beer-truck and Bone cooking pit for special events.
