<p>Chef and owner Dave Emery has enjoyed traveling the world, studying cultures and cuisine. He brings this knowledge in the form of a very special restaurant located far from the Mediterranean in a strip mall. However, one bite from the Spanish-inspired menu of small plates (tapas) will take you far away. Chef Dave has also created a wine list filled with bottles from fine small-boutique vineyards across the globe. There is a small outdoor café area, but it's more fun to sit in the dining room and watch Chef Dave prepare your food in the open kitchen.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
