The Old Fire Station Recreation Complex is a series of buildings that includes the old fire station for the City ofMore San Juan Capistrano. An old cottage that is now the office for the chamber of commerce is part of the complex too. There is also the Jean LaCougue Building, a historic building that was given to the city by the LaCougue family. It is now the senior citizens center, where various events are held for this group of local citizens. Other buildings house the offices for the San Juan Capistrano elementary school services and an office that is held by the local Native American Organization.

The headquarters for the five member Tribal Council of the Juaneño Band of Mission Indians, Acjachemen NationMore of Orange County, is located in the Old Fire Station Recreation Complex, next to the San Juan Capistrano Chamber of Commerce.

In addition to being a gathering and meeting place, the space also is home to artifacts and brochures and other informational pamphlets. 

The Council's meetings, open only to tribal members, are held here under the direction of Chairman Anthony Rivera Jr. Each council member serves  a four year term to help govern 1,941 tribal members.
