An old cottage that is now the office for the chamber of commerce is part of the complex too. There is also the Jean LaCougue Building, a historic building that was given to the city by the LaCougue family. It is now the senior citizens center, where various events are held for this group of local citizens. Other buildings house the offices for the San Juan Capistrano elementary school services and an office that is held by the local Native American Organization.
