The city-sponsored bike trail and horse path both pass through the park so it's a great spot to stop for lunch or a rest. It features picnic tables, playground equipment, horseshoe pits, restrooms and a small equestrian arena. It is also located near City Hall, the Police Station and the Utilities station.
