Some of the classes are taught through the Saddleback College, and apprentice programs are all credited towards a college degree. The courses are for students who are 16 years or older and members of the San Juan Capistrano community. ROP also works with the Social Services Agency, Welfare to Work, the California Department of Rehabilitation and inmates who are to be released after learning skills of employment so they may be self-sufficient.
