Upon graduating from the Univ. of Oregon in '02, I was hired by the New York Mets and served as a strength and conditioning coach where I worked with many of the baseball stars that you see regularly today on TV.  It was in Florida that Lyndsey Simmons (the CEO) and I met and developed a relationship that would birth the realization of what RedLine is today.

At RedLine, we are in the business of helping kids realize who they are as athletes and people.  So often kids are labeled "this or that" from many outside sources, but we focus on teaching them to understand that hard work and sweat are positive things and we try to show them how to instill a good work ethic that can stick with them the rest of their lives. We give the tools for them to maintain a healthy lifestyle that can be applied for this day forward.

However, the training goes WAY beyond kids!  Adults have seen great improvements in their health and well being too. RedLine is for every body!!!
