The city will host a car wash to benefit San Juan Capistrano's adopted 1st Battalion, 11th Marine Regiment (1/11).
The car wash will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the parking lot at the corner of Ortega Highway and El Camino Real near the Camino Real Playhouse.
Community members can get their vehicles washed and help support the Marines by giving a donation in any amount.
Proceeds from the daylong event will help fund upcoming programs, events and more for the 1/11.
