It would really help the local businesses and bring in more money for the City..plus make it a nice destination for people outside of SJC.....it's time to take advantage of that great commercial area and allow the merchants a chance to make some money for themselfs and in turn the City. I hope the City thinks out of the box and turns the area into a destination area.

The City approved the plans for Del Taco many years ago. What they did not approve was the change…Read More in the color to the tiles and the change in color to the outside of the building. Those are changes to the original plans submitted by Del Taco. As the Design Review Committee pointed out, these changes are not acceptable. The City does have strict requirements regarding signs and architecture.
