The Return of Juggy!

Juggy is back!

The controversial, 13-foot sculpture—once located at as a reminder to conserve water—is made up of dozens of blue, one-gallon jugs. City officials in February , not necessarily because it was an but because it did not adhere to the city's code requirements.

But Juggy recently made a public appearance at the Dana Point Harbor Boat Show & Green Expo, and was captured on film by Patch columnist Melissa Hodge.

Ecology Center director Evan Marks was tight lipped about Juggy's future, but did imply that it's been transformed into a traveling exhibit of some sort.

"We have some very big news regarding Juggy but we can't announce until July 1st," he said to Patch in an e-mail.
