Tickets on Sale for 1/11 Mess Night Fundraiser
Cost is $125 per person. All proceeds will go to help San Juan Capistrano's adopted Marines and their families in times of hardship.
Tickets are available for a black-tie fundraiser to benefit San Juan Capistrano's .
The city's annual Marine Corps "Mess Night" Fundraiser is at 6 p.m. Oct. 20 at the , 30800 Golf Club Dr.
The black-tie or semi-formal reception will celebrate the tradition of the Mess Night—a military tradition likened to the mounting of the guard as it is essential to a close-knit, smooth-performing unit as are drills, inspections and other military ceremonies.
During this fundraiser, a city spokeswoman said all residents are invited to become a member of "The Few, The Proud."
