Make sure to wear your western attire, because the "Sheriff" and "Deputies" of the Fiesta Association will arrest anyone not in the requisite garb, or men who are clean-shaven. Law enforcement will be looking to fill the "jail." Jail sentences are short for those who can make "bail" by purchasing a Fiesta Association souvenir. "Bail" money is used to help defray the costs of the parade.
