Capistrano Man Dies in Weekend Crash
Alain Flores, 23, of San Juan Capistrano, was killed early Saturday after hitting a center median along Golden Lantern in Laguna Niguel.
A 23-year-old San Juan Capistrano man died Saturday in a solo crash along Golden Lantern.
The Orange County coroner's office identified the man Monday as Alain Urias Flores.
Flores was traveling at a high rate of speed around 2:30 a.m. when his Honda Civic struck the center median at Golden Lantern and Sardina in Laguna Niguel.

Flores was the only occupant of the vehicle.
Golden Lantern remained shut down until 8:30 a.m. Saturday.

The cause is under investigation and a toxicology report could take up to 12 weeks, authorities said Monday.
