Health Career Readiness

Students in the Health Career Readiness: FAST TRACK TO SUCCESS summer program have access to state of the art equipment used in our various allied health programs.  Through guided & supervised simulation activities, students have the opportunity to perform CPR, draw blood (phlebotomy), check blood pressure, and perform many other task that reflect the activities they will experience in our allied health programs, which include: Medical Assisting, Medical Lab Technician, Registered Nurse, and Health Information Technologist. Students will also receive instruction on healthcare-related skills such as: Applied math, medical terminology, and professional communication.
