Stop the Vermulean Ranch project

I see the huge retirement community project is being pushed on our community. So much for open spaces project. Council wants to rezone, i thought the surrounding residents had something to say about rezoning? Is the city council hell bent on craming something into every parcel of open space in san juan? I guess they will say that it will bring in needed tax revenue so they can pay for all the debt they have imposed on our city because of there mismanagement. Better sell any san juan muni bonds quick. Council has said this project will benifet seniors.Well I'm a senior, how can more  congestive traffic and less open areas benifet me. What is next the ball fields and the farm?
