OBIT: Tony Crimi, Swallow's Regular

His pub friends will gather next week to hear his favorite band and remember the good times.

A familiar face to patrons of the has passed away.

Tony Crimi, aka “Two-Steppin’ Tony,” died last week, peacefully, according to a newsletter sends out. He was 87.

Meanwhile, all fo the Swallow’s family will gather next week, 6 p.m. until closing, Aug. 9 at the San Juan Capistrano pub, to remember Crimi.

His favorite band, the Working Cowboy Band, will play to honor his memory. will provide the grub, as Lisa’s Kitchen will be closed that evening.

He had just celebrated his 87th birthday with us (not 92), but he still had a full, enjoyable life.
