problem with drivers in san juan capistrano

I have lived here for 15 years on the corner of Camino Del Avion and Alipaz Street. Several people who also live on this corner have wondered why and when there will be more police presence in this area during the evening, especially on Friday and Saturday night. For many tears there have been drivers who enjoy screetching their tires, revving their engines and speeding at this corner and driving fast and careless through this mobile home park at this corner as well. Some of them are probably drunk or maybe even be drugged up. There are children that live here, people walking , and cars parked that could be hit by drivers who like to speed and act nuts while forgetting that they are the hazard that nobody needs around here. We are fed up with these drivers and sick of the rudeness and racket they make, when will they get a speeding or careless driving citation ? .
