Cab Driver Wants to Start Taxi Wars

At 9:12 p.m. Sunday, a taxi driver in a black cab called to complain that other drivers who do not have the proper permits to be working in San Juan Capistrano had arrived at the train depot.

At 8:24 a.m. Monday, a caller reported a teenaged boy and girl, both in dark clothing, in an altercation near the library.

At 1:14 a.m. Sunday, a bike stop near the Paseo Adelanto-Ramos Street intersection resulted in an arrest. A 20-year-old woman had a warrant out for her arrest. She remains in custody with no bail amount posted.

At 7:54 p.m. Saturday, deputies received a call about a drunk at the Rite Aid in the 31800 block of Plaza Drive.
