Man and Woman Set Up Camp Near Nursery

At 11:12 p.m. Thursday, an informant called about a disturbance near the 32200 block of Del Obispo Street. The caller claimed a man and woman had set up a camp near a local nursery, Armstrong Garden Centers. No arrest was made.

At 2:32 p.m. Thursday, someone called the sheriff’s department to report a disturbance near the Calle Chueca-Camino Capistrano intersection. The informant claimed a sports car or motorcycle was loudly racing around the local neighborhood.
At 9:32 p.m. Thursday, a caller told deputies about a series of five or six gunshots heard in the 26000 block of Avenida Aeropuerto, close to the creek. Upon further investigation, no gun or gunman was found.
At 10:45 a.m. Friday, deputies received reports of a man who was drunk in public near the 31800 block of Camino Capistrano. The 50-year-old suspect was stumbling on the greenbelt and carrying a blanket.
