Power Outage in San Juan Capistrano
Officials estimate the lights will be back on by 11 a.m.
The power is out in the 27300 block of Calle Arroyo, according to an alert from the city of San Juan Capistrano.
A total of 63 customers are affected, according to the city. San Diego Gas & Electric is on scene and estimates power will be restored by 11 a.m. The cause of the outage is a breaker malfunction.
The outage has impacted the traffic light at La Novia Avenue and San Juan Creek Road, reports a Patch reader.
