Suspicious Man Arrested Christmas Night

SHERIFF'S BLOTTER: Also, a family argument on Christmas, a suspicious vehicle in front of a liquor store, and a man has his warrant pulled.

At 9:31 p.m. Wednesday Dec. 25, a caller reported a suspicious person in a vehicle near the cross streets of Trabuco Creek Road and Village Road. Deputies arrived and arrested a 22-year-old man, who is currently in custody with a $60,000 bail amount posted.

Also:

At 1:34 a.m. Wednesday Dec. 25, a concerned caller reported a disturbance in the 26600 block of Paseo Rosarito. The caller claimed her family was disturbing the peace, however hung up before deputies could get more information.

At 3:59 a.m. Wednesday Dec. 25, a caller told deputies about a suspicious vehicle near the cross streets of Del Obispo and Alipaz streets. A car was parked sideways in front of a liquor store with no one inside it.

At 2:51 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 26, deputies received a call about a suspicious person in the 31900 block of Camino Capistrano. Deputies arrived and pulled a warrant for the man’s arrest. The 35-year-old man was arrested and is currently in custody with a $1,500 bail amount posted.
