Man Falls Asleep at the Wheel, Blocks Traffic

At 12:53 p.m. Thursday Sept. 19, deputies stopped a suspicious vehicle near Rancho Viejo Road and Highland Drive. A man was asleep at the wheel and blocking traffic.

At 11:01 p.m. Wednesday Sept. 18, deputies pulled over a suspicious car near Del Obispo Street and Plaza Drive. They searched the car and discovered the driver was allegedly hiding drugs. The 47-year-old man was arrested and has since been released from jail.
At 9:42 p.m. Wednesday Sept. 18, someone reported a disturbance in the 31500 block of Los Rios Street. An aggressive family dispute had broken out. Deputies arrived to settle the argument and arrested a 69-year-old man. He has since been released from jail.
At 7:14 p.m. Friday, Sept. 20, a caller reported suspicious activity near the cross streets of Camino Capistrano and La Zanja Street. A group of people was hiding in the branches of a tree while smoking and drinking.
