Woman With Drugs Arrested after Warrant Pulled

SHERIFF'S BLOTTER: Also, someone defaces a crosswalk sign, a car vandal, and deputies search the car of two probationers.

At 7:56 p.m. Friday Dec. 13, deputies searched a suspicious pedestrian in the 31000 block of Calle San Diego. They discovered the woman had a warrant out for her arrest and was allegedly in possession of illegal drugs. The 20-year-old woman was arrested and has since been released from jail.

Also:

At 10:10 a.m. Friday Dec. 13, someone reported a traffic hazard near the cross streets of Ortega Highway and the I-5 Freeway. A crosswalk sign had been severed from the pole and was hanging by one wire.

At 2:05 p.m. Friday Dec. 13, a caller reported vandalism in the 26100 block of Avenida Aeropuerto. An unknown person had vandalized cars in an Enterprise Rental Car parking lot.

At 6:56 p.m. Friday Dec. 13, deputies received a call about two suspicious people inside a vehicle near the cross streets of Camino Capistrano and Doheny Park Road.SDeputies arrived to detain two probationers and search the car. No arrest was made.
