Tonight, OC deputies with the DUI task force will be targeting areas with high incidences of DUI crashes and/or arrests, according to the Sheriff's Department.

The deployments in San Clemente, Dana Point and San Juan Capistrano will start Friday at 8 p.m. and end at 4 a.m.

“Typically in December we see a rise in DUI collisions and arrests. We will be out looking for impaired drivers,” said Deputy Wayne Howard of the Sheriff’s Department Traffic Bureau.
