Most Capo Unified Trustees Have Few Investments

In paperwork required by state law, three of the seven school board members disclose no investments.

The state’s Fair Political Practices Commission requires all elected officials to file a “statement of economic interests,” also known as form 700, annually. In addition, newly elected officials have 30 days from taking office to file an “assuming office” version of the form.

Jack Brick, Ellen Addonizio and Gary Pritchard had no investments to show. Sue Palazzo bought and sold two rental properties in 2010, one in Dana Point, one in San Clemente. She listed three couples and a single man as tenants.

John Alpay disclosed that he owns between $2,000 and $10,000 worth of ExxonMobil shares.

Anna Bryson reported that she owns a technology and public relations company called I Enterprise Technologies Inc. Patch.com could find no website for the company, and a phone number in a website directory listing has been disconnected.

Bryson listed her company as a sole proprietorship worth between $2,000 and $10,000. She received less than $500 in earnings last year.
