More than 800 breakfasts will be served this morning during the annual pancake breakfast hosted by San Juan Capistrano Rotary and the Woman’s Club.
Preparation for the massive breakfast began Friday afternoon. About 50 gallons of coffee will be brewed, 1,600 pancakes grilled and eggs scrambled, along with hundreds of slices of ham and orange slices.
ThePancake Breakfast begins at 6:30 a.m. at the at 31442 El Horno St.
