Debbie Ferrari, Realty Broker
Real Estate Broker - 40 years
You can save time knowing about me by playing the video on my site at http://www.debbieferrari.com/about-us
You contact me, you tell me online what you want, then I cherry-pick the Broker's “insider’s” MLS and email you your top matches. You screen these, then together, you and I go out and visit ONLY those ideal matches. Thus, your time is not wasted. You may be pleased to know that I serve all of South Orange County and North San Diego County. Regarding Real Estate...When you’re buying or selling a home, apartment building, commercial or rental unit (Our agents find rentals fast---good ones, too.) or other property, you’ll want a highly-experienced 40-year "Broker" (not just an agent) to protect you and negotiate real estate contracts for you. You may be gratified knowing that I am a 40-year veteran negotiator and skilled MLS searcher, who routinely saves home buyers many hours of time. My web site at www.DebbieFerrari.com is packed with lnfo on local S. Orange County cities and is thus one of the "most awarded" realty sites on the Web. You’ll also want a realty Broker whose work has earned National Recognition. You can imagine what a thrill it was to have been selected by Donald Trump as one of his top 100 real estate advisors, with an entire chapter, written by me, in his latest realty book, “Trump---The Best Real Estate Advice I Ever Received: 100 Top Experts Share Their Strategies.” You'll find much more about me by visiting my "About Debbie" page. at http://www.debbieferrari.com/about-us. And in December, 2010 I was named General Manager of our Nextage Realty - The Mantelli Group offices in both San Clemente and San Juan Capistrano, CA. I serve all of South Orange County and North San Diego County. I also do nationwide Bulk REO work for investors, from $3 million to $1 billion.  You can search the MLS from my huge web site:  http://www.debbieferrari.com/ and see my Bulk REO site at www.AbleREOSolutions.com If you want an experienced and highly-skilled realty Broker, please contact me. 949-463-4111 |  Deb4RE@cox.net. Our armed forces need to be acknowledged for protecting us. So in 2005, then-city councilman and later, Mayor, Wayne Eggleston, Executive Director of the Heritage of San Clemente Foundation, and my husband Bill Koelzer (President) and I (VP) along with Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Koger, started a campaign to raise, eventually, $300,000 from community donors, to build a park and Marine statue honoring our service people. Today that stately statue of a Marine saluting the US flag stands proudly in Park Semper Fia, a stunningly groomed shelf high above the pier and beach. We hold ceremonies there for 300 people on patriotic holidays, and it is a place of peaceful reverence for those who have lost loved ones in wars. You can support the maintenance of Park Semper Fi by visiting www.MarineMonument.com and making your generous donation. Be sure to also visit my huge web site packed with extensive information on San Clemente and nearby cities.
