“This is no timid ribbon cutting ceremony where afterwards everyone goes away,” Mantelli continues. “Our grand opening celebration 4-7 pm, on Thursday, June 7th, welcomes hundreds of guests, city leaders and business neighbors bearing invitations to our multi-faceted, food, drink, music three hours of celebration.
Debbie Ferrari, General Manager of the Nextage office, proclaims, “Downtown San Juan Capistrano comes alive on Thursday afternoon, June 7th with our grand opening activities. These include limousines bringing the mayor and local dignitaries, big ‘Hollywood Walk of Fame’ stars on the sidewalk, a real red carpet walkway for attendees, a media wall for photographers, a 30-foot high balloon arch above our entryway, popcorn machine, music and more.”

Mantelli adds, “Our guests will enjoy bountiful food and wine provided by our neighbors in our building, Sundried Tomato, Vito’s Italian Restaurant and Ruby’s Diner. There’ll also be drawings for fine raffle prizes and a gift bag with goodies inside for attendees.
“This is our way of introducing the Nextage realty concept and service to the community,” Ferrari says. “Because of our revolutionary compensation program, we are able to attract some of the most competent and successful real estate agents in the industry.”
Guests are invited to bring one or more cans of soup to benefit the Second Harvest Food Bank of Orange County.
