Nextage Realty’s Grand Opening June 7th Was Huge …More Than 400 Attendees

Read here why Nextage Realty's Hollywood-styled grand opening June 7th numbered a whopping 400 visitors---the biggest downtown SJC event since the Swallows Parade.

There are grand openings and ribbon cuttings but I could not find one person, especially Realtors and their clients, who had ever, ever seen a realty office opening as huge as ours was last Thursday.

I don’t mean to crow about it…but I am. If you were there in the huge building shared by Vitos, Sundried Tomato and Ruby’s …and us, Nextage Realty – The Mantelli Group, then you know what I mean.

In fact, if you were there, I welcome you to comment below and give your impressions, otherwise my excitement here may come off as just braggadocio.

The below is similar to what we are sending out to the media for post-coverage of this extraordinary event that held downtown San Juan Capistrano spellbound for about four hours
on Thursday, June 7th.

Our Post-Grand Opening News Release:

Nextage Realty Office’s Grand Opening June 7th
Was a Huge Event…More Than 400 Attendees

“There are grand openings and then there was our June 7th realty firm’s g-r-a-n-d opening,” says Diana Mantelli, Franchise owner and Broker of Nextage – The Mantelli Group, 31781 Camino Capistrano, Suite 305, San Juan Capistrano.

“This was no timid ribbon cutting ceremony like most where afterwards everyone goes away,” Mantelli continues. “Our grand opening celebration 4-7 pm, on Thursday, June 7th, welcomed literally hundreds of guests, city leaders and business neighbors bearing invitations to our multi-faceted, food, drink, music afternoon of celebration.”

Debbie Ferrari, General Manager of the Nextage office, proclaims, “Downtown San Juan Capistrano swarmed with people on Thursday afternoon, June 7th with our grand opening activities.

These activities included limousines bringing the mayor and local dignitaries, big ‘Hollywood Walk of Fame’ stars affixed to the sidewalk, a real red carpet walkway for attendees, a media wall for a small army of photographers to snap arriving “celebrities,” a 30-foot high balloon arch above our entryway, popcorn machine, music, free food and wine, a youth band, and more.”

Mantelli adds, “Our guests enjoyed food and wine provided by our neighbors in our building, Sundried Tomato, Vito’s Italian Restaurant and Ruby’s Diner. There were dozens of ticket drawings for fine prizes and a Hollywood premier-style gift bag with goodies inside and a big chocolate “thank you” star that was given to attendees upon departure.

“This was our way of introducing the Nextage realty concept and service to the community,” Ferrari says, “Because of our revolutionary compensation program, we are able to attract some of the most competent and successful real estate agents in the industry. We give them a chance to build their very own business and not just do business.  Scores of agents from other realty firms were at our opening.”

Making a special trip to be at the grand opening event from the Nextage corporate office in Atlanta, Georgia, was Frank Cluck - Chairman of The Board, CEO and Co-Founder of Nextage.

He praised staff of the local Nextage office and told the hundreds of people listening about the unique and generous agent compensation system that has enabled Nextage to grow faster with quality agents than any other realty franchise in history in the U.S.

Those realty agents who want to attend a Nextage briefing should contact any Nextage agent, call 949-463-4111 or email Debbie@DebbieFerrari.com.

Nextage – The Mantelli Group realty office in San Juan Capistrano is located at 31781 Camino Capistrano, Suite 305, in the same building as Sundried Tomatoes, Vito’s Italian Restaurant and Ruby’s Diner, near the Regency Theater and train terminal.
